This series of Schottky Barrier Diodes offers high efficiency and low power loss, ideal for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. Featuring a plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, these diodes provide excellent overvoltage protection through a guard ring and boast high surge capability. They are designed for high temperature soldering and offer a high current capability with a low forward voltage drop.
