CIPOS Micro IM241 Series
The IM241-L6 is a 3-phase Intelligent Power Module (IPM) designed for high-efficiency appliance motor drives, such as fans and pumps. This IPM features a fast-speed variant for low-loss operation and includes a 600V 3-phase inverter with gate drivers and bootstrap function. It utilizes Reverse Conducting IGBT Gen 2 (RCD2) optimized for motor drives, a temperature monitor, accurate overcurrent shutdown (5%), fault reporting, and programmable fault clear. The module offers an advanced input filter with shoot-through protection, optimized dV/dt for loss and EMI trade-offs, and open-emitter for single and leg-shunt current sensing. It is 3.3V logic compatible and provides isolation of 2000VRMS for 1 minute.
