The MURF30H60L is a HYPERFAST RECTIFIER featuring ultrafast recovery times and low recovery loss, coupled with low forward voltage and low reverse leakage current. It is specifically designed to enhance the efficiency of Power Factor Correction (PFC) and output rectification stages in EV/HEV battery charging stations, booster stages of solar inverters, and UPS applications. This device is ideally suited for operation with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs.
