The KIA SEMICONDUCTORS KNX3703A is a 50A, 30V N-CHANNEL MOSFET featuring an advanced trench process technology and high-density cell design for ultra-low on-resistance. It boasts a typical RDS(on) of 7.5m at VGS=10V and is fully characterized for avalanche voltage and current. This MOSFET is ideal for high-frequency point-of-load synchronous buck converters in MB/NB/UMPC/VGA applications, networking DC-DC power systems, and load switches.
