AXIAL FAST RECOVER RECTIFIER FR151 THRU FR157
The FR151 thru FR157 series are axial lead fast recovery rectifiers designed for through-hole mounting. These devices feature an Oj chip junction, fast switching for high efficiency, low leakage current, high forward surge capability, and high reliability. They are suitable for applications requiring high temperature soldering up to 260 for 10 seconds. The rectifiers are rated for a voltage range of 50 to 1000 Volts and a current of 1.5 Amperes.
