The RMB01F THRU RMB10F series are surface-mounted fast switch complete bridge rectifiers designed for a voltage range of 50 to 1000 Volts and a current rating of 1.0 Ampere. These rectifiers feature glass passivated chips, making them ideal for surface-mounted applications with low leakage and high forward surge current capability. They are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering at 260C for 10 seconds at the terminals.
