The MUR1005 THRU MUR1060 series are 10A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. These rectifiers feature low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge capability due to their metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction. They offer high current capability with a low forward voltage drop and include a guard ring for over-voltage protection. The devices are housed in a TO-220AC package and are Halogen-free, RoHS-compliant, and meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
