The DSI30-12AS is a single diode standard rectifier featuring planar passivated chips for very low leakage current and a very low forward voltage drop. It offers improved thermal behavior and is suitable for main rectification in single and three-phase bridge configurations. The rectifier is housed in an industry-standard TO-263 (D2Pak) package and is RoHS compliant.
