The M20(SMA) is a surface mount rectifier designed for high voltage applications. It features a molded case for automatic insertion, high current capability, low leakage current, and high surge capability. This rectifier is suitable for use in applications requiring high temperature soldering and offers reliable performance with a color band denoting cathode and any mounting position. The plastic material is U/L recognized 94V-0.
