Glass Passivated Littelfuse MCR106-8G Thyristor Suitable for Speed Control and Remote Control Systems
The MCR106-6 and MCR106-8 are PNPN devices designed for high-volume consumer applications such as temperature, light, and speed control; process and remote control; and warning systems where operational reliability is crucial. These thyristors feature glass-passivated surfaces for enhanced reliability and uniformity, power ratings at economical prices, and practical level triggering and holding characteristics. Their flat, rugged Thermopad construction ensures low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation, and durability. Pb-free packages are available.
