Low Noise Zener Diode Series 1N5518B-1 thru 1N5546B-1
The 1N5518B-1 thru 1N5546B-1 series are low noise Zener diodes featuring low reverse leakage characteristics and double plug construction. They are metallurgically bonded and available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV per MIL-PRF-19500/437, as well as in a DO-213 MELF style package. These diodes are designed for applications requiring stable voltage references with minimal noise.
