Product Overview

The LMUN2111LT1G Series comprises PNP Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with integrated monolithic bias resistor networks (BRT). These devices are designed to simplify circuit design by replacing individual transistors and external resistor bias networks, thereby reducing system cost and board space. Housed in a SOT-23 package, they are suitable for low-power surface mount applications and can be soldered using wave or reflow methods, with modified gull-winged leads absorbing thermal stress. The series is available on 8 mm embossed tape and reel.
