The LMUN5311DW1T1G Series are Dual Bias Resistor Transistors (BRT) featuring NPN and PNP silicon surface mount transistors with a monolithic bias resistor network. These devices integrate a single transistor with a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor, designed to simplify circuit design, reduce board space, and decrease component count. Housed in a SOT-363/SC-88 package, they are ideal for low-power surface mount applications where space is limited. The series also includes automotive-grade options (S-prefix) that are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable.
