Product Overview

The Nexperia PEMH13 and PUMH13 are NPN/NPN double Resistor-Equipped Transistors (RET) designed for surface-mounted devices (SMD). These transistors feature built-in bias resistors, which reduce component count, minimize pick-and-place costs, and simplify circuit design. They are AEC-Q101 qualified and suitable for low current peripheral driving, control of IC inputs, and as replacements for general-purpose transistors in digital applications. Available in ultra-small and flat lead SOT666 (PEMH13) and very small SOT363 (PUMH13) packages.
