Product Overview
The FSBS5CH60 is a Motion SPM 3 module designed for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It offers a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage with optimized gate drive for reduced EMI and losses. The module includes integrated protection features such as under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, and fault reporting. Its built-in high-speed HVIC simplifies the design by requiring only a single supply voltage and translating logic-level gate inputs to high-voltage drive signals. Separate negative IGBT terminals are provided for flexible control algorithm implementation.
