FSBM15SM60A SPM (Smart Power Module)
The FSBM15SM60A is an advanced Smart Power Module (SPM) designed for compact, high-performance AC motor drives, particularly for medium-speed, low-power inverter applications like air conditioners. It integrates optimized circuit protection and drive capabilities with low-loss IGBTs. Key advantages include highly effective short-circuit current detection/protection via advanced current sensing IGBT chips, enhanced system reliability with integrated under-voltage lock-out protection, and opto-coupler-less IGBT gate driving through a high-speed built-in HVIC. This HVIC also enables a single-supply drive topology, reducing system size and complexity. Divided negative DC terminals facilitate inverter current sensing.
