Product Overview
The FSBB30CH60F is a Motion SPM 3 module designed to provide a high-performance inverter output stage for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It integrates optimized gate drive circuitry to minimize EMI and losses, along with multiple on-module protection features such as under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown, and fault reporting. Its built-in high-speed HVIC simplifies the power supply requirement to a single voltage and translates logic-level gate inputs to the necessary high-voltage, high-current drive signals for the internal IGBTs. Separate negative IGBT terminals are provided for each phase, enabling flexible control algorithm implementation.
