The B0520WS thru B0540WS series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications. These single rectifiers offer low forward voltage (VF) and excellent high-temperature stability. They come in an SOD-323 package with solder-plated terminals, compliant with MIL-STD-750, Method 2026. The molding compound meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating, is RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free. The cathode is indicated by a line on the device.
