Product Overview
The QH05TZ600 and QH05BZ600 are Qspeed Family 600 V, 5 A H-Series PFC Diodes. They feature the lowest QRR of any 600 V silicon diode, leading to increased efficiency, reduced EMI, and elimination of snubbers. These diodes are ideal for Power Factor Correction (PFC) boost diodes, motor drive circuits, and DC-AC inverters, enabling faster switching and smaller EMI filter components.
