Product Overview

The SS32C THRU SS320C is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high-frequency applications. It features high forward surge current capability, guardring for overvoltage protection, and low power losses for high efficiency. This rectifier meets MSL level 1 standards and is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. The device comes in a DO-214AB (SMC) package with solder-plated terminals and a cathode line denoting the cathode end. The molding compound is UL 94V-0 flammability rated, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free.
