Product Overview
The HS3A thru HS3M series are high-efficiency rectifiers featuring a low-profile package ideal for automated placement. With a glass-passivated chip junction and ultra-fast reverse recovery time, these rectifiers offer high forward surge capability and meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020, with a maximum peak of 260 C. They are suitable for high-frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication applications.
