NSMB05S50M1 Intelligent Power Module
The NSMB05S50M1 is a highly integrated and reliable three-phase brushless DC motor driver circuit, primarily used for low-power motor drives in fan applications. This module features 6 fast-recovery power MOSFETs and 3 half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits. It includes undervoltage protection for enhanced reliability and fail-safe operation. Independent negative DC terminals for each phase allow for individual current detection. The module boasts high insulation, easy heat dissipation, and low electromagnetic interference (EMI) in a compact package, making it ideal for integration into motors and applications requiring compact installation.
