The DMHC3025LSD is a new generation complementary enhancement mode MOSFET H-Bridge designed for efficient DC motor control and DC-AC inverters. It features low on-resistance achievable with low gate drive, low input capacitance, and fast switching speeds. This device integrates 2 N-channel and 2 P-channel MOSFETs within a single SO-8 package, offering a compact and high-reliability solution. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and is available in a totally lead-free and fully RoHS compliant package.
