ULN2803AD Darlington Array Power Driver IC

The ULN2803A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array consisting of eight NPN Darlington pairs. All units share a common emitter, and each unit features an open-collector output. Each Darlington pair has a series 2.7K base resistor, making it directly compatible with TTL and 5V CMOS circuits. It can directly handle data that would typically require standard logic buffers. The ULN2803A offers high operating voltage and current, with a sink current capability of up to 500mA and the ability to withstand 50V in the off-state. Outputs can be paralleled for high load currents, providing a robust solution for multi-interface driver circuits.
