LGE BTA08/BTB08 8A Series Triacs

The LGE BTA08/BTB08 series are 8A triacs designed for & quadrant operation. These silicon bidirectional devices utilize a five-layer NPNPN structure, singlesided trenching technology, mesa glass passivation, and multi-layer metallized electrodes for high blocking voltage and excellent temperature stability. They are ideal for inductive load switching and ON/OFF functions in various motor control applications, heating regulation, solid-state relays, and phase control circuits.
